          Abstract: This paper introduces the basic principle, the design method of a network-based handheld video & multi-frequency eddy-current detection terminal. This terminal is designed with both multifrequency eddy current testing and endoscope detection functions. Besides, it can realize remote data exchange and manipulation with wireless network transmission function, which means it has the initial quasi cloud detection function.

          摘要:本文嘗試使用Matlab對(duì)紅外熱波無(wú)損檢測(cè)過(guò)程進(jìn)行二維數(shù)值模擬。該方法較之于有限元模擬法,其在保證了一定精度的前提下大大減少了計(jì)算量。其適用于對(duì)檢測(cè)過(guò)程的初步粗略模擬,同時(shí)也為使用matlab對(duì)熱波無(wú)損檢測(cè)過(guò)程的三維模擬提供借鑒和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

          135AbstractThis paper attempts to simulate the 2-D infrared thermal wave Non-destructive testing processing using Matlab. Comparing to FEA method, this method largely reduce the amount of calculation with preserving the accuracy. It can be used as a rough simulation for NDT processing, and also offer some experience for 3-D simulation of NDT processing using Matlab.

          136變能量X射線多譜成像理論與方法研究

          摘要:在X射線數(shù)字成像過(guò)程中,射線透照方向上有效厚度差異大的復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)件,由于成像系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)范圍的限制,常規(guī)固定電壓成像模式易出現(xiàn)過(guò)度曝光和曝光不足的共存現(xiàn)象,從而影響復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)件的數(shù)字成像。為此論文提出研究變電壓X射線多譜成像技術(shù),在常規(guī)的射線成像系統(tǒng)上,依據(jù)有效厚度與電壓的匹配性改變X射線管電壓,獲取遞變電壓下的多譜圖像序列,同時(shí)研究多譜圖像序列融合,實(shí)現(xiàn)射線圖像動(dòng)態(tài)范圍的擴(kuò)展,完整地再現(xiàn)復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)件的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)信息。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,相對(duì)于12bit的成像系統(tǒng),有效動(dòng)態(tài)范圍擴(kuò)展了4倍,保證了圖像結(jié)構(gòu)的完整性,從而說(shuō)明了變電壓X射線多譜成像技術(shù)能夠充分發(fā)揮系統(tǒng)的硬件潛能,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)件的X射線成像。

          136Research on X-ray multi-spectrum imaging based on variable voltage

          Abstract: In conventional X-ray imaging, the ray image of a complicated structural component often appears to be overexposed or underexposed. This appearance is because of the variations in the effective thickness of the component along the orientation of the X-ray penetration exceed the limit of the dynamic range of the X-ray imaging system. Complete structural information cannot be obtained, and this lack will impact the quality of the X-ray image. To solve this problem, the technology of X-ray multi-spectrum imaging based on variable voltage has been advanced. In this new method, the tube voltage is adjusted several times to accommodate the full necessary range of effective thickness, and then, the extracted images are fused to reconstruct the full projection information. Experiment shows: for the 12 bit imaging system, the effective dynamic range has expanded 4 times. So the new technology can adequately enlarge the hardware potential to completely represent the internal structure information of a complicated structural component.

          137H62銅合金試件拉伸過(guò)程聲發(fā)射監(jiān)測(cè)與數(shù)據(jù)分析

          摘 要:銅材料由于其較好的耐腐蝕性,近年來(lái)被廣泛應(yīng)用于化工等行業(yè)。應(yīng)用聲發(fā)射檢測(cè)技術(shù)對(duì)銅制承壓設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢測(cè)可能是較為有效的方法之一。本文制作了H62型號(hào)的銅拉伸試件,并對(duì)拉伸過(guò)程進(jìn)行了聲發(fā)射監(jiān)測(cè)。研究結(jié)果表明:銅材料的彈性階段較短;對(duì)于銅拉伸試件,由于其材料黏彈性較高,其出現(xiàn)破壞時(shí),高幅值信號(hào)較少; 相同銅試件,有效聲發(fā)射信號(hào)個(gè)數(shù)與加載速率有關(guān)。加載速率越快,有效聲發(fā)射信號(hào)越多;銅材料聲發(fā)射信號(hào)的波形峰值頻率一般出現(xiàn)在210-340 kHz范圍。相關(guān)結(jié)論可以為開(kāi)展銅制承壓設(shè)備的聲發(fā)射監(jiān)測(cè)提供參考。

          137Acoustic Emission Monitoring on Tensile Process of H62 Copper Specimens and its Data Analysis

          Abstract: Recently, Copper material has been widely used in chemical industries because of its good corrosion resistance. Application of acoustic emission technique to detect copper pressure equipment may be one of effective methods. This paper produced H62 copper tensile specimens, which stretching process was monitored by acoustic emission technique. The results show that, the copper has a shorter elastic stage; less high-amplitude signals were brought out when tensile specimen was broken because of its high viscoelastic characteristics; the effective number of acoustic emission signals related with the loading rate with the same copper specimen. And there were more effective acoustic emission signals with a faster loading rate; copper material waveform peak of acoustic emission signals appeared in the range of 210-340 kHz. Conclusions can be referred when acoustic emission monitoring was carried out for copper pressure equipments.

          138聲發(fā)射檢測(cè)大型橋門(mén)式起重機(jī)的可行性分析與試驗(yàn)

          摘 要:起重機(jī)是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的重要設(shè)備,統(tǒng)計(jì)表明起重機(jī)事故約占我國(guó)全部工業(yè)企業(yè)傷害事故的20%左右,且近幾年仍層出不窮。基于此,本文對(duì)將聲發(fā)射在線監(jiān)測(cè)方法引入到大型橋門(mén)式起重機(jī)檢測(cè)的可行性進(jìn)行了分析。并對(duì)一臺(tái)起重機(jī)進(jìn)行了在線檢測(cè)。結(jié)果表明:聲發(fā)射應(yīng)用于大型橋門(mén)式起重機(jī)的檢測(cè)是可行的,能有效識(shí)別存在的危險(xiǎn)缺陷的信號(hào);橋門(mén)式起重機(jī)兩端部的圓弧過(guò)渡處角焊縫屬于應(yīng)力集中區(qū),是聲發(fā)射檢測(cè)時(shí)的重點(diǎn)監(jiān)測(cè)部位。

          138Feasibility analysis and experimental research on inspection of huge gantry crane by acoustic emission method

          Abstract: Crane plays an important role in industry production. According to statist ics, crane accident accounts for about 20% of total industry injuries, and it are still endless in recent years. The feasibility of inspection of huge gantry crane by acoustic emission method was analyzed in this article. And a crane was inspected. The results showed that acoustic emission method is feasible to be applied to inspection of large gantry cranes, and can effectively identify the defective signal; fillet weld in both ends of the beam have serious stress concentration where should be actively monitored by acoustic emission method.

          139基于聲發(fā)射檢測(cè)技術(shù)的碳纖維復(fù)合材料失效機(jī)理研究

          摘要采用聲發(fā)射技術(shù)對(duì)碳纖維復(fù)合材料層合板拉伸試驗(yàn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了全程監(jiān)測(cè),并對(duì)不同纏繞角度下的試驗(yàn)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:在不同失效階段(如:脫層、剝離和斷裂等),聲發(fā)射采集到的信號(hào)不同,因此可以采用聲發(fā)射技術(shù)對(duì)該材料的不同失效階段進(jìn)行區(qū)分。通過(guò)對(duì)不同纏繞角度時(shí)聲發(fā)射監(jiān)測(cè)信號(hào)的分析還得出不同纏繞角度時(shí)層合板的力學(xué)特性和失效機(jī)理存在不同。由于試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明聲發(fā)射技術(shù)可以判別拉伸過(guò)程碳纖維復(fù)合材料層合板內(nèi)部不同階段的活動(dòng)狀態(tài),因此,聲發(fā)射技術(shù)可以用于碳纖維復(fù)合材料的整體安全評(píng)價(jià)。

          【139】Failure mechanism analysis on carbon fiber composite materials basing on AE

          Abstract: Tensile process of carbon fiber composite laminate was monitored by acoustic emission technique (AE). And the acoustic emission signals by tensile specimens of different winding angles were analyzed. The results show that carbon fiber released signals of different characteristics in different stages. So, the acoustic emission technique can effectively distinguish the different stages such as delaminating, detaching and fracture. Also, different angles in specimen’s layers of carbon fiber had different mechanical properties and failure mechanisms. Analysis on experimental data showed that acoustic emission testing technique can determine the process of different internal activities in carbon fiber composite laminate. Therefore, it can be used in the integrity evaluation for carbon fiber composite materials.

          140高壓厚壁管道氫損傷機(jī)理及其檢測(cè)技術(shù)研究

          摘要:本文基于山東某化工廠高壓厚壁臨氫管道爆炸事故,通過(guò)斷口宏觀和微觀分析,研究了高壓厚壁管道應(yīng)變時(shí)效脆化后誘發(fā)氫損傷的機(jī)理;同時(shí)對(duì)氫損傷超聲波檢測(cè)方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了比較分析,制作了超聲相控陣檢測(cè)對(duì)比試塊,認(rèn)為采用超聲相控陣可以有效進(jìn)行氫損傷檢測(cè);研究結(jié)果對(duì)于服役厚壁管道安全狀況檢測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

          141射線檢測(cè)中底片數(shù)字化與缺陷分析技術(shù)研究*

          摘要:針對(duì)在承壓類特種設(shè)備無(wú)損檢測(cè)中,傳統(tǒng)的人工評(píng)定X射線焊縫底片的效率低、評(píng)片結(jié)果受評(píng)片人員技術(shù)與經(jīng)驗(yàn)的限制,底片長(zhǎng)期保存和查詢困難的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了射線檢測(cè)底片數(shù)字化儀器與底片信息化管理軟件。并根據(jù)數(shù)字化底片的缺陷圖像的特征,采用圖像預(yù)處理、圖像分割算法,專家系統(tǒng)等方法,提出了一種膠片焊縫缺陷的識(shí)別方法,并建立了缺陷專家數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該儀器能夠快速實(shí)現(xiàn)底片的數(shù)字化,并對(duì)膠片中的焊縫缺陷定位識(shí)別率達(dá)到90%以上,提高了射線檢測(cè)的效率。

          142射線檢測(cè)中小缺陷的本影大小對(duì)缺陷的檢出率的影響

          射線檢測(cè)中,對(duì)小缺陷的有效檢出一直是檢測(cè)人員關(guān)注的課題,尤其是裂紋等面積型危險(xiǎn)性較大的缺陷,它對(duì)特種設(shè)備的使用安全性構(gòu)成了很大的威脅,這類缺陷的有效檢出意義重大。

          143小徑管雙壁雙影橢圓透照及底片評(píng)定分析

          小口徑無(wú)縫鋼管廣泛應(yīng)用于鍋爐壓力管道中。依據(jù)JB/T  4730-2005《承壓設(shè)備無(wú)損檢測(cè)》外徑小于或等于100mm的鋼管的對(duì)接焊縫一般應(yīng)采用雙壁雙影法。只有當(dāng)上下兩焊縫橢圓顯示有困難時(shí)才可采用垂直透照法。在實(shí)際工作中,為了達(dá)到理想的檢驗(yàn)?zāi)康模瑥耐刚展に嚨降灼u(píng)定都要嚴(yán)格控制。本文就有關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行討論。

          摘要:中子衍射技術(shù)是一種進(jìn)行殘余應(yīng)力三維、無(wú)損、深度表征的先進(jìn)手段,其技術(shù)特點(diǎn)使之能夠在焊接結(jié)構(gòu)殘余應(yīng)力測(cè)定等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮重要的作用。本文對(duì)各種應(yīng)力測(cè)定技術(shù)進(jìn)行了比較,綜述中子衍射在焊接殘余應(yīng)力測(cè)試領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)研究,并分析和展望了未來(lái)的應(yīng)用前景。
