　　招聘職位：Senior NDT Technical Support Engineer 無損檢測產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支持高級工程師
　　
　　- Manage technical support & service to promote overall NDT business growth for the achievement of our sales target;
　　- Responsible for the customer satisfaction target;
　　- Support Sales Team to trouble-shoot and solve conventional products, eg. Industrex films & processors and digital products, eg CR system quality issues;
　　- Conduct technical seminars and support new product launch and demonstration;
　　- Responsible for customer conversion technical product issues and trouble-shooting;
　　- Support our dealers across China for all technical issues (installation & service activities, etc) related to our NDT business;
　　- Function as a strong link between the region and manufacturing sites for all products, technical & service matters;
　　- Enhance teamwork and communication between multiple teams, work closely with China Service Team to drive operational efficiencies and implementation of new initiatives to improve our technical support for our customers.
　　
　　- Bachelor degree or higher majoring in chemistry/electric/automation or related
　　engineering;
　　- Minimum 2 years experience at conventional films & processor technical or service field or minimum 3 years experience at any technical or service field;
　　- Strong capability and analytical skills at electric engineering field in terms of processor / CR / DR understanding and trouble shooting;
　　- Proficient at spoken and written English, excellent demonstration and presentation skills using Microsoft Powerpoint to communicate with customers or WW Technical Team;
　　- To be a self-motivated, independent individual, proactive and aggressive to work, eager to learn and willing to be challenged;
　　- Good interpersonal skills and people management skills
　　- Customer focused and oriented;
　　- Control of difficult situation with necessary follow-ups leading to a final resolution;
　　- High working efficiency and hard work needed with a strong sense of responsibility;
　　- Regular travel across the region is required.
