摘要:本報(bào)告主要介紹電磁無(wú)損檢測(cè)相關(guān)理論和技術(shù)的一些最新進(jìn)展。以核電站、聚變堆結(jié)構(gòu)、超輕多孔材料等新材料、新結(jié)構(gòu)的無(wú)損檢測(cè)為目標(biāo),重點(diǎn)介紹渦流檢測(cè)、脈沖渦流檢測(cè)、自然磁化檢測(cè)、漏磁檢測(cè)、電磁超聲、磁噪聲等電磁無(wú)損檢測(cè)方法在宏觀缺陷檢測(cè)和定量、殘余應(yīng)力和微觀塑性損傷評(píng)價(jià)等方面的最新理論和技術(shù)進(jìn)展。具體涉及探頭設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化理論、高效高精度數(shù)值模擬方法、缺陷定量反演方法、電磁無(wú)損檢測(cè)新方法、新材料與結(jié)構(gòu)的無(wú)損檢測(cè)等。報(bào)告主要圍繞西安交通大學(xué)近年來(lái)開展的無(wú)損檢測(cè)相關(guān)研究?jī)?nèi)容展開,同時(shí)介紹國(guó)際上電磁無(wú)損檢測(cè)最近的典型最新理論和技術(shù)進(jìn)展。
Abstract:Some advances on the theory and techniques of Electromagnetic Non-Destructive Evaluation (ENDE) are introduced in this presentation. In view of the NDE of structures of nuclear power plants, fusion reactors, and new materials such as super-light porous material, some recent developments on detection and sizing of macro defects, evaluation of residual stress and material degradation with ENDE method such as the eddy current testing, pulsed eddy current testing, natural magnetization method, magnetic flux leakage method, electromagnetic acoustic transducer, magnetic Barkhausen noise etc. are presented. The design and optimization of probe, high efficient numerical simulation method, quantitative evaluation method, new ENDE method, and the NDE of new material and new structures are introduced. The lecture is mainly related to the research work and results of the NDE group of Xi’an Jiaotong university, in addition with some typical new theoretical and technical advances in ENDE of the global NDT society.
