雇主在EN473體系中應(yīng)承擔(dān)的責(zé)任有哪些?

5.2.4 Employer雇主
5.2.4.1 The employer shall introduce the candidate to the certification body or the authorised qualifying body and document the validity of the personal information provided, including the declaration of education, training and experience required for the eligibility of the candidate, but shall not be directly involved in the qualification examination.
雇主應(yīng)向發(fā)證機(jī)構(gòu)或其授權(quán)機(jī)構(gòu)介紹考生的情況，提供有效的個(gè)人信息，包括聲明其符合要求的教育背景、培訓(xùn)時(shí)間和足夠的工作經(jīng)歷，但不得參與考試有關(guān)事宜。
5.2.4.2 With regard to certificated persons, the employer shall be responsible for:
對(duì)于將頒發(fā)證書的人員，雇主的責(zé)任如下：
a) providing job-specific training, if necessary;有必要的情況下，提供崗前培訓(xùn)
b) issuing the written operating authorisation;頒發(fā)本單位的操作授權(quán)書
c) verifying annually the NDT employee’s visual acuity in accordance with 6.4, and根據(jù)6.4條款，按年度驗(yàn)證被發(fā)證人員的視力能力
d) verifying continuity in the application of the NDT method without significant interruption.證明其在該申請(qǐng)方法沒(méi)有重大間斷。

關(guān)于雇主的責(zé)任，我的理解是：
Confirm data on any application forms
擔(dān)保在培訓(xùn)考試申請(qǐng)書中的內(nèi)容確實(shí)可靠
Ensure qualifcation of personnel
確保檢測(cè)人員參加合適的培訓(xùn)和考核發(fā)證（不同行業(yè)、不同應(yīng)用范圍，需要不同的發(fā)證機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)證資格）
Authorise personnel for its tasks
人員在本單位的安排--具體崗位和工作內(nèi)容
Verify correct handling of jobs
確保人員正確工作。

總結(jié)：EN473不僅是人員的資格證書，其實(shí)雇主在人員資格授證中，也是關(guān)鍵的角色，可不可缺少的角色。
