          摘要:在對超聲相控陣檢測技術(shù)進(jìn)行了大量研究的基礎(chǔ)上,人們正逐步掌握其特點。近年來國外一些重要的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織,例如ASME、ISO、AWS、EN等,已認(rèn)可相控陣技術(shù)的工業(yè)應(yīng)用;ASTM、ISO以及EN已制訂了相控陣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或提出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)草案。本文概述了國外相控陣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制訂情況和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基本內(nèi)容和特點,可以為國內(nèi)相控陣技術(shù)應(yīng)用和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定提供借鑒。

          AbstractResearchers have been working on phased array ultrasonic for about twenty years. Based on numerous studies, the basic features of PAUT have been mastered gradually. In recent years, some of the important standardization organizations, such as ISO, ASME, AWS and EN have accepted the application of phased array ultrasonic. ASTM, ISO and EN have some separate standards or drafts about PAUT. In this paper, we summarize the constitution, the fundamental contents and features of the foreign codes for PAUT, so as to provide a reference as for the application and standardization of PAUT for our country.

          095無楔塊條件下超聲相控陣的聚焦特性測試

          摘要:ASTM E2491-08為相控陣設(shè)備的測試提供了指導(dǎo)性規(guī)定。本文根據(jù)ASTM E2491-08,在無楔塊情況下測試相控陣系統(tǒng)的聚焦能力,確定激發(fā)晶片數(shù)、聚焦深度等因素對系統(tǒng)聚焦能力的影響。試驗采用ASTM E2491-08中規(guī)定的試塊,試驗激發(fā)的晶片數(shù)量為8個、16個和32個,設(shè)置的聚焦深度為10mm,30mm,50mm,100mm,150mm以及200mm,通過試驗發(fā)現(xiàn)在近場區(qū)內(nèi)有明顯的聚焦現(xiàn)象,而在近場區(qū)以外則無法聚焦;隨著激發(fā)晶片數(shù)量的增加,相控陣系統(tǒng)的聚焦能力也隨著增強(qiáng);在近場區(qū)中,隨著相控陣聚焦深度的增加,焦點尺寸逐漸增大。

          AbstractASTM E2491-08 provides the standard guide for evaluating performance characteristics of phased array ultrasonic testing instruments and systems. In this paper,we use the phased array technology to measure the beam focusing capability of phased array ultrasonic in direct contact condition according with ASTM E2491-08. so that we can identify the causes and effects of the focusing capability in the factors such as the number of elements and the focal depth. In the test, the block designed in ASTM E2491-08 has been used, the elements used are 8,16 and 32,and the focal depths used are 10mm,30mm,50mm,100mm,150mm and 200mm.Through the test ,we can find the focusing phenomenon clearly in the near field and we can not find this phenomenon outside the near field. When the elements used in the test increase, the focusing ability of the PAUT system increases as well. In the near field, when the focal depth increases, the focal spot size increases, too.

          096不銹鋼儲液罐渦流檢測

          摘  要:文章介紹了渦流檢測的基本原理,并運用該方法對自制不銹鋼刻槽試塊進(jìn)行了渦流檢測,得到了人工刻槽及晃動信號的阻抗示意圖;通過該工藝對11臺不銹鋼儲液罐焊縫的渦流檢測,發(fā)現(xiàn)了一位置阻抗示意圖信號與試塊刻槽阻抗示意圖信號相似,經(jīng)宏觀檢查確認(rèn)兩位置存在3條表面裂紋缺陷,從而證實了渦流檢測不銹鋼焊縫表面裂紋的可行性。

          097基于小波包分析的非光滑表面金屬板超聲波測厚回波信號處理

          摘要:金屬板表面的腐蝕坑、銹渣和灰塵會導(dǎo)致底面回波出現(xiàn)大幅值噪聲信號,影響厚度測得值的準(zhǔn)確性。小波包分析與重構(gòu)技術(shù)能夠從細(xì)部刻畫信號的特征,通過抑制辨明的噪聲信號提高信號的信噪比。試驗證明小波包技術(shù)在非光滑表面金屬板超聲波測厚回波信號處理中具有相當(dāng)?shù)挠行裕軌蜻_(dá)到提純底面回波信號,從而提高厚度測得值的準(zhǔn)確性的目的。

          097Research on ultrasonic signal processing in thickness measurement for non-smooth surface sheet metal based on wavelet packet analysis

          Abstract: The corrosion pits, rust, slag and dust of metal surface can cause a sharp bottom echo noise signal, and affect the accuracy of the thickness measurement values. This paper studied a set of ultrasonic reflection signal processing method based on wavelet packet analysis and reconstruction software, which can suppress noise and improve signal to noise ratio. Experiments show that the method for the signal processing in non-smooth surface metal plate ultrasonic thickness measurement is effective and useful, which can help to obtain a more pure reflection of the ultrasonic bottom signal, thereby enhance the accuracy of thickness measurement.

          摘要:本文通過對插入式接管角接接頭的超聲波檢測進(jìn)行深入研究,確定了探頭所在橢圓曲面的曲率半徑的變化規(guī)律,推導(dǎo)出曲面上任意一點的曲率半徑及缺陷定位修正計算公式,研究開發(fā)缺陷自動定位修正系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了該類焊縫超聲檢測時缺陷的精確定位。

          摘要:中子衍射是目前可實現(xiàn)工程部件三維、無損、深度殘余應(yīng)力測量的唯一方法,是材料應(yīng)力表征與壽命評估機(jī)理深入研究的理想工具,在無損檢測工業(yè)上具有廣闊應(yīng)用前景。本文就中子衍射殘余應(yīng)力分析手段進(jìn)行簡要介紹,并舉例說明該技術(shù)在核電材料部件中的典型應(yīng)用。

          Abstract: Neutron residual stress analysis is one kind of advanced technique for characterizing residual stress using neutron diffraction. Neutron diffraction is the unique non-destructive method, which can facilitate 3-D mapping of residual stress in a bulk component up to now. And it is an ideal tool to make further research on characterizing the residual stress and evaluating the service life of engineering material, which promises encouraging prospects for industrial application. In this paper, the Neutron residual stress analysis technique is briefly introduced. Its application in the nuclear power components and materials is reviewed.

          100在役超高壓變壓器局部放電聲發(fā)射定位檢測研究

          摘要: 介紹了在役500kV變電站單相式超高壓變壓器局部放電的聲發(fā)射定位檢測技術(shù)。闡述了變壓器局部放電聲發(fā)射定位檢測的試驗原理和試驗方法, 現(xiàn)場對500kV超高壓變壓器的局部放電進(jìn)行了聲發(fā)射定位檢測,找出了局部放電部位,并對試驗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析, 檢測結(jié)果與電測局部放電測試試驗及絕緣油氣相色譜分析(DGA結(jié)果吻合。聲發(fā)射定位檢測技術(shù)可有效應(yīng)用于在役大型電力變壓器局部放電的實時在線帶電檢測和監(jiān)測。

          Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the acoustic emission location testing for partial discharge of in-service 500kV extra-high voltage transformer. The principle and method of acoustic emission location testing were discussed. The partial discharge of 500kV extra-high voltage transformer was tested by acoustic emission location testing technology and the position of partial discharge was found. The testing data was analyzed, it consistence with result of electric partial discharge testing and dissolving gas analyzing. So the acoustic emission location testing technology can be used effectively to monitoring and testing on line to the partial discharge of huge in-service electric transformer.

          101厚壁管變型橫波周向檢測研究

          摘要:通過對厚壁管變型橫波與折射橫波傳播路徑進(jìn)行分析,分別對不同傳播過程的聲壓往復(fù)透射率進(jìn)行計算,并制作試塊進(jìn)行試驗研究,證明利用變型橫波對厚壁管進(jìn)行檢測,有利于提高檢測靈敏度,并避開始脈沖寬度范圍,提高信噪比;同時,確定了變型橫波檢測時掃描比例調(diào)節(jié)及缺陷定位方法。

          101abstract:Through analyzing the route of refaction transverse wave and distortion transverse wave, calculating the transformation rate of different diffuse process,  and studying the distortion transverse wave in test piece, confirmed that using distortion transverse wave in thick wall pipe testing, the sensitivity can be  improved, and that can keep away from the width area of initiate pulse, improve the noise-signal ratio; simultaneously, determined the methods of scanning speed and defection located during testing with distortion transverse wave.

          摘要:滲透檢測是在用特種設(shè)備最常用的無損檢測方法之一。滲透檢測中,顯示的解釋與缺陷的評定是一個重要環(huán)節(jié),也是難點,而相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條文過于簡略,造成不同檢測人員對顯示的解釋和評定可能出現(xiàn)不一致。本文試圖通過對有關(guān)滲透檢測跡痕顯示的分析與判斷(解釋和評定)的討論,對顯示的解釋、分類、記錄和評定的基本步驟和一般要求進(jìn)行細(xì)化和補(bǔ)充,對可接受的外觀缺陷引起的顯示的類別進(jìn)行劃分和歸納,以期進(jìn)一步規(guī)范檢測過程、統(tǒng)一檢測結(jié)果,為普通檢測人員的相關(guān)工作提供一定幫助。
